My Geraniums

While I was shopping for cosmos flower at the nursery I suddenly saw few  pots of this flower hanging there.I was attracted to the colour. I never knew the name eventhough I think I have seen it before in red colours.
Decided to buy it and see whether it can survive or not in my garden.

I hanged it behind my pigeon orchid plant so that it wont get excessive sunlight.

I googled to find out the name of this flower and finally knew its name is GERANIUM.

Close up view.

I read that to produce more flowers I need to cut the dead flowers branch.Besides spraying with flowering induced fertilizer this method does produce more flowers. It is easy to propagate too just by cutting the branch and put in soil.I have two pots but the rate of growing is not that fast. But still they dont die so ok lah.
I am so happy that my geranium grows well and hopefully I can find the red ones too.

Something got me excited

Some of the things I discovered in the garden yesterday(after few days ignoring the garden!) which got me excited
The mandevilla is finally producing flower.I have waited so long for this to happen.

I thought the long beans wont survive after what my hubby did but it does grow taller and taller and yesterday I saw a flower.

My only rhododendron that survives is finally going to give me white flowers soon..

I didnt realised they were flowering before.Soon I dont have to buy chillies anymore(hopefully)

My balsam were small in size and dont grow big .Maybe because of the place where I planted which was under the jambu air tree. But I saw this minute balsam which has flowered.

Hmm...simple things make me happy.I am such a simple woman..:-)

The progress of my belimbing buluh.

I was so happy to see these when they first came out.I have proved to hubby that it can survive in the vase.

Then it grows more leaves...

This is the latest picture of my belimbing buluh.
Look at me now !!!!
My hubby keep pestering me to transfer my belimbing buluh to the ground but I am not going to do it yet.Let me see first whether it can produce fruits if planted in the vase.

My pink roses

My roses are blooming despite the heat and I must admit this pink ones are my favourite!.I can't stop myself from taking pictures of them each time I passed through my rose garden.
The buds were big...

But there werent many layers of petals...

The second and third roses are much better looking than the first one.I hope my roses will bloom like this for me all year long.
